We ordered our "Endless Summer" automotive tag on March, 192017, and

paid $163.99 to My Florida Speciatity Plate company, but it never arrived.

We have attempted to contact this company by phone, by email and

though their webisite for over one (1) week with no reponse.

My tag expires on May 23, so I will have to go to the tag office

and purchase my tag because time is running out.

Sounds like a scam to me

I noticed that you ordered from a private company (a dot com website) rather than ordering your specialty tag through the DHSMV.gov website that is legitimate.  Here is the website: flhsmv.gov/specialtytags

I have found that in these types of orders there are a lot of scammers. They charge you just enough to make you mad but not enough for you to bring them to court. Plus, scammers are difficult to find.

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think so. If I were in your shoes I would re-order through the DHSMV.gov website where you are bound to get the tag in a reasonable time period.
