This report is actually fantastic. It shows how people can be extremely stupid and act like children. The funny part is that the story doesn't even add up!!! 

Since the launch of the site we have been on a funny journey where we had to deal with people deleting our Facebook page, posting all sorts of crap and trying to harm us big times. I am the developer of My Ideal Wedding and work closely with Craig Ronald who is an absolutely fantastic person and nothing but a happy, positive, polite, supportive and most importantly ethical person. 

Such reports against My Ideal Wedding had been going around and we have been taking them down one by one from various websites such as Google, Facebook, Yelp etc. The funny part is that reputable organisations like Google and Facebook are investigating our claims about those fake reviews and taking the reports down after retry verify that what we are saying is true, however organisations such as ripoff and yelp are refusing to even investigate such claims without minimum payments of $2000 as a start for mediation making them horrible organisations to deal with who are a ripoff themselves. Ripoff and yelp answers to us were along the lines of we are a consumer driven organisation what rely on this consumers to report and we don't investigate the truth behind the submissions as we are not required to do so by American law. Well if you are operating in America why do you allow people to submit reports for companies outside the United States of America? 

As a conclusion even such reports exists against many companies not just My Ideal Wedding, I would personally refuse to listen to them if they were on ripoff or yelp as they are not moderated and most probably hate reports.

The Author of this report is incorrect in suggesting that Ripoff Report will remove a Report for $2,000, or for any amount of money for that matter.  Ripoff Report has a general policy of NOT REMOVING Reports.  Our policy can be viewed on our website by clicking HERE.   $2,000 is the cost of Ripoff Report's VIP Arbitration Program - a program that removes only challenged statements of facts in a Report that are found to be to be false after presentation of evidence to an independent arbitrator who is not directly affiliated with any of the parties.  Even in that instance, the Report is not removed. My Ideal Wedding is a newly established company which launchd in September this year. Kat Muscat is not, and never has been, a 'customer' of our business.

As anyone who has used our site would know - engaged couples using our website NEVER enter their credit card details. If Kat was a user of the site she would know this to be the case. The only revenue raised on the site is from Wedding Suppliers who pay for advertising on the site. 

"Kat" seems to be very confused. At first she says that she signed up to 'plan her big event/wedding day. She then says thta in planning her event/big day she then signed up for a FREE VENUE LISTING. WHy would someone planning their wedding want to have a FREE VENUE LISTING?

Unfortunately I have been targeted by someone who wants to damage myself and my business. It would seem a disgruntled 'ex-contractor' is doing whatever they can to harm us. They started by attacking and severly damaging our website. They then attempted to delete our Business Facebook account. 

This report is their latest attempt to hurt our business. 

Any check with Victorian Police will quickly reveal that no reports have been lodged against us and that this is a fictitious report by a very vendictive individual. It is dissapointing that people can raise such reports using fictitious names and with no evidence.
