I paid for a Life Membership with My Kazaa Gold almost a year ago and now when it comes to upgrading My Kazaa Gold I'm informed that they acn't find my membership anywhere. I'm also told to send my receipt to them to varify that I'm a member. I've had nothing but trouble since the beginning and I've asked for a full refund but of couse I've never received it and keep getting the run around by this Erica Miller who hasn't given me any help at all. How can they alway lose someone's membership when it comes to upgrading?

Seems a bit like they want your money but don't want to give you what you've paid for.

I've also sent emails to let them know about the few times I was able to download music that my computer filled with wiruses and if there was anything they could do to filter out their site but again they didn't reply to my emails concerning this question.

Now that I've brought this to the attention of others who may wish to purchase Kazaa Gold, well, think it over before throwing your hard earned money out the window.
This company can not be trusted at all.

The most I've received from their site when trying to download was a lot of viruses and very few songs plus excuses why they can't find my membership.

I finally found the proof I needed to prove I am a life member and I wish to thank the lovely lady Sonia Thompson for every bit of her help in getting everything taken care of.

She read the information that I sent to her the last time and she replied to that email and together we have finally gotten everything straightened out and now I can go and download everything I wanted to.

I can't thank Sonia enough for all her time and help in solving this matter now.
Thank you Sonia for taking the time and effort in solving this matter, I truly appreciate it very much.

Since my latest update I can not get any downloads of music at all and my guess is that either Sonia or Erica has read my latest update here.

Now doesn't that seem more then a bit fishy to you too?

Thank you Sonia and Erica for completely stopping me from getting what I paid for.
Seems like you are really doing your job good. My next move will not be a complete surprise to you will it?

No one from My Kazaa Gold has replied to any of my latest updates, no one at all and that leads me to believe something is going on. I have sent both Sonia and Erica emails with the proof that I am a life member of My Kazaa Gold and this is how they show their respect to a life member.
Now I hope people will think twice about BUYING anything from My Kazaa Gold because it's money down the toilet and who hasd that kind of money to waste anyway?

Now I'm really miffed and will press on to other options as for filing complaints agaisnt this so-called company right away.

Can't find my records but------

Still no response from Kazaa Gold after sending many emails and always getting them returned stating not correct email address.

If I'm not a life member then how do you explain the fact that I am able to download all the music that I have already from My Kazaa Gold? I have already downloaded over 82 songs which I enjoy listening to most every night. I have two different KG installed in my computer since mid year of last year and if I'm not a member then how did I get all the information that I have to download the music?

My husband thinks that when he used my office right before Thanksgiving last year, he went through papers that I had set aside and tossed them thinking that I was going to throw them out. Since he told me this I now keep my office locked so things just don't disappear any more. What excuse does My Kazaa have to not having any of my records in their files anyway?

I'm still waiting for someone reliable from Kazaa Gold to get in touch with me because this Sonia and Erica are no where to be heard from because they have sent me the wrong email addresses and all the emails I've sent to them come back to me.
Won't anyone really help me with this matter? I'm out nearly $40.00 already and they want me to pay even more to get what I've already paid for and all the upgrades that I'm entitled to can't be gotten because I can't find my ID number which they have to have in their files.

Help, I don't want to hear from anyone unles they are really able to help with this matter.

I have sent nearly a dozen messages and emails to both Sonia Thompson as well as Erica Miller with all the proof that I have and now neither will reply. What's up with that anyway? Sounds a bit fishy to me that neither will reply plus lately when I have sent emails to both of them I get everyone one of the emails returned to me stating that their is no email address that I sent my emails too but I used the email addresses that they each provided me with.
This is just one more reason for me to be miffed at this company and no matter what is said they still won't reply to my emails if they aren't returned to me.
Now I'll wait again just to see what each might have to say about this message here.
Yeah, when I have the proof to show them they are unavailible.
I'm waiting-------

Kazaa Gold Life Membership

I have made contact with Sonia Thompson and have sent her several emails but have yet to get a reply to the last few. I get what seems to be a broken record from her as well as Erica Miller. It seems that no one wants to refund my money back to me once I ask for it and no one replies to those emails either.

I went to the cydec advanced e-Business automation and I am subscribed to the following: I want to update your communication preferences and I found that I am subscribed at My Kazaa Gold.

I have even sent an email to Sonia at My Kazaa Gold using the email address she left in her rebuttal but it came back as fatal error. I think she misspelled her email address so I sent another in hopes she would get that one with an extra "a" in Kazaa.

I'm hoping with her help we can get this matter straightened out soon.

I am subscribed to My Kazaa Gold and I'm hoping she will be able to find my records soon as this matter has been going on for nearly a year already.

I'm sorry if I sound upset, I can't help it because I know I am subscribed, paid for it and now no one can find my records. I believe that it's enough to upset anyone.

I'm waiting for Sonia to contact me in hopes she found my records.
