For obvious reasons i will not include any of my personal information in this report. The details i am about to give are not exaggerated in any shape or form.

In November i decided to go to this company to take a look at a vehicle agianst my better judgement. I figured through all the the lawsuits maybe Glen would be doing some better buisness with people. As i figured i would not in any way shape or form expect a perfect vehicle as they are all bought from auction and used. I had no problems with the condition of the vehicle in any way and expected to do some work to the particular vehicle. After negotiating with my wife i decided to purchase the vehicle. The customer service was outstanding and maybe a bit pushy but you should expect that from any dealership (there trying to make money). One particular staff had no clue what she was doing so Amy came and helped. Amy did a great job and was with me the whole way in buying this vehicle. Once i gathered all my paperwork (mind you i had all my papework they needed) i proceeded to do the paperwork to purchase the vehicle.

With all the paperwork done and them having all the required documents i was done. I then asked Amy when would my vehicle be all set for me to take...she said it wouldnt be ready tonight...i was a bit bummed but no big deal so i confirmed with it to be done the following day and she agreed once agian.

So i went on my way and went to work on the next day. I called first thing at 8:11 AM and asked what the status was with my vehicle. I spoke with a man and he said it was just being pulled in and put on the lift, i said great would you be willing to give me a call and let me know the status as i was about three hours away for work, he agreed. I then called back at noon and a woman answered and i asked agian what the status was with my vehicle. She explained to me that everyone was at lunch but would have someone call me once they got back. Okay no big deal..right? About 4 o clock rolls around i said screw it i will go over and kind of check on it and hang out as i had nothing to do. When i got there i was met by Amy once agian. I went to the desk and said hi and i was looking to check on the status of my truck without any eye contact what so ever she gave an eye roll and went to the service department to ask. She came and told me it wouldnt be ready untill tomorrow night. Ok now im getting a bit aggrivated.

I went and looked out the window in the service department and saw my vehicle on the lift and (from an experienced mechanic) i saw that he had just started the inspection. I sat in the service department for roughly 20 mins and someone finally came out and asked me if i was being helped ( a very friendly mechanic) i said no i would like to speak with Glen as i saw him standing in the garage talking.THe mechanic then told me he would let him know. I then stood there in there very gross waiting room waiting for an additional 30 mins. The service manager was the next to come out and asked if i was being helped and agian i said no. The service manager asked me what i needed and i said i would like to know the f***ing status on my vehicle. He then told me sir there is no need to swear as he was not swearing at me, i told him i have been sitting here waiting to find out the status of my vehicle and wanted to know what was going on with it that it required 2 and 1 half days to fix. He then proceeded to go talk to the mechanic who was working on it ( i say working but he spent more time on the snapon truck and eating than working) and gathered a list of things wrong with the truck. He brought me the list and showed me. By this time i explained to him that the things that were on the list were something that shouldnt have taken an entire day to complete and i was told the vehicle was in there at 8:11am so why no headway. The service manager then stated as i could see he only had 7 mechanics and there was nothing he could do. I explained to the service manager that it wasnt my problem and it sounded like he probably needed to hire a few more if that was the problem. He then asked me to wait in the waiting room and he went and got Glen.

Glen then came into the waiting room and stood roughly 6 inches from my face and said who the f*** are you coming in here thinking you can swear at people. I said i will talk to anyone the way i want because i am aggrivated with the service i am recieving and tired of dealing with all the lies and delaying. I then told Glen that if i did not receive my vehicle tonight that he would end up taking it back because i was not satisfied as this is the state law. Glen the said i will take the f****** vehicle back when i feel like because i sell vehicles all day long like this. I said thats fine if you wont take the vehicle back i will contact my lawyer immediatly.

I then went to my vehcile and contacted my lawyer who then adivsed me to get a police report on everything im reporting now. As i was about to hit the dial button for the police Glen had Amy call me back and stated that they would cancel the contract and notify the bank loan company and would issue me a refund of my money. I asked them to give me that in writing so i can ensure that this was true (havent really had any luck with thier "word" ) AMy stated that wasnt going to happen and i would have to call the loan company and verify that it was canceled.

I understand this is a company that is trying to make money but here are some things i felt were wrong.

I felt that if you tell someone that something they bought will be ready on a certain date and time you need to jump through your a** to make that happen, if you cant CALL aka COMMUNICATE.

If your going to be mad at me for swearing.....WHY WOULD YOU SWEAR AT THE CUSTOMER..First rule in customer service ..the customer is always right regardless of being wrong or not.

This company was way to quick to take my money but didnt want to produce!!

I guess this is the way dealerships should be huh Glen ;)

 So how exactly have they ripped you off? I believe you when you say you didnt embellish the situation. But you are blasting them because YOU started the whole situation. Life isnt perfect and sometimes things take time to get done. So instead of being patient YOU start with the swearing and overly aggresive attitude and start making unrealistic demands. Thereby escallating the entire situation. So basically youre blasting them for not kissing your a** and letting you abuse them verbally.

YOU are the entire instigator of this situation. Good thing is that THEy know who YOU are. I guess your mommy must have allowed you to do whatever you wish to whomever you wish. YOU CANNOT TREAT EMPLOYEES THIS WAY!! YOU ARE NO BETTER THEN THEY ARE!!

Customer service doesnt mean you get to be abusive. Customer service doesnt mean you get to treat others as you have stated in your own words. You can be indignant all you like. It will not change the fact that you acted like a a******.
