 they pretend to be from Microsoft and in urgent "need to fix your computer from a serious security issue." They randomly dial you with an "Unavailable/Unknown number" then ask that you immediately get in front of your computer (in my guess to eventually provide them remote access to run pseudo diagnostics... showing you computer is in miserable condition and they need to fix it. Later comes the credit card charges and horror in getting your money back if you fall for it.) . Report them to the BBB and ask that your phone number be immediately deleted from their business. Proof they're a scam,.. they will continue to try to reach you
