ripoff by Internet Scam from My Perfect Credit. THey charged $9.95 on my Visa account without my authorization. I have a high credit score and would never need such services from such a company; but they charged their unauthorized $9.95 charge on 2/11/05 to a VISA that I solely use for gasoline purchase for business. Then when I called my ViSa account, they said it was a monthly recurring fee and I had another $9.95 posted on 3/13/05!

I then spent over 2 hours trying to talk to someone at the phone # listed on my VISA statement 1 877- 469-7373. I was put on hold, the phone would disconnect. I 'd get someone to answer and they say"Excuseme, and put me on hold. After 7 people, I talke to a laday named DOlores who told me to go on their Website and fill out the cancellation form to cancel their service that I never subscribe to. However, their web site was not an interactive website and I could not print the form nor fill it in and copy & paste it to e-mail to them as instructed.

THis is very scary that MyCreditReport somehow got my VISA credit number that I only use for gasoline purchases. I cancelled and closed the credit card, file a dispute with VISA to prevent future charges as I was unsuccessful in getting the cancellation form sent off. I am sure that this company will try to send a 3rd $9.95 charge to my VISA.
