I ordered from this company twice.  The first time the nalf the seeds refused to germinate and when the ones that did, died soon thereafter.  Compared to similar products panted at the same time, this comapnies are a cheap waste of money and time.

The second time I ordered, none of the seeds germinated.  I should have learned my lesson from the first time I ordered from this company but I thought it may have been a mistake on my part.

I contacted the company and they were very rude about the seeds.  they said they nothing was their fault, and I was to blame.  I read many of their reviews and they are based on their fast shipping and prices, and far too many about the actual quality of their seeds.

 

They claim to be a family business.  I guess crooks have to raise their children somehow as well.

In all of our years of conducting business online, we have never run into a buyer quite like this one. This buyer laimed that none of their seeds prduced peppermint plants. Our original response was sent out immediately, explaining that since they were within our 90 day guarantee, we could reship a new packet or refund the price paid. 

No response was received, but instead this buyer opened a claim against us through Amazon. Opening a claim is a hostile way of saying, I am just not happy with the resolution the seller is offering and I want to get Amazon involved to receive my refund. (Which we offered to the buyer in the first place)

With the claim being filed, we fought it of course to avoid any negative effect on our seller account. We explained that seeds require specific conditions to grow which include, sunlight, warmth, water etc. Any number of factors such as heavy rainfall, cold temperatures, wind, insects and birds etc can cause the seeds to fail at germinating.

The buyers claim was denied by amazon. They then started sending us a ton of emails explaining that they would make it their life's mission to expose us, and to ruin our business. 

We have a high rating of 97% on amazon.com and have sold to several hundreds of thousands of customers all over the USA. At the same time this buyer posted a negative product review about the seeds, another buyer posted a positive review, WITH A PICTURE I might add, that said all of the seeds germinated beautifully. These seeds were from the same batch.

In the end we refunded the money to the buyer anyways, on our own terms, however they continued to post negative reviews about us. It' slander as well as internet bullying at it's finest. 

You can ALWAYS purchase with confidence from Seed Needs as 90% of our seed stock has a viable percentage of 70% or more. And all seeds are sold for the current and following growing season.
