Alright so I'm a single mom of 2 boys and me work and go to school full time. I got behind and needed a small paper written so I enlisted the help of this website. They had glowing reviews and all their writers were supposable highly educated ( Masters Ph.D. etc..)  So I signed up and filled out all of the information they asked of me. I even included the assignment sheet that was given to us to complete the assignment. This is Tuesday when I submitted my request and paid in full for the assignment. I made is 150% clear to them that I had to have this paper submitted by sat @ 10 am.

 They assured me that this time frame was no problem at all and that I would be absolutely satisfied or I could get my money back. Wednesday rolled by and it said they were working on it, and Thursday the same thing. Finally, on Friday I get a response that my paper is ready and that I can pick it up from my dashboard. So I go there login in and download it. I opened the file which was supposed to be a 2 pg dbl spaced APA formal academic essay.  First of all, it was only 11/4 pages. The APA format was horribly botched and the paper wasn't even readable or comprehendable due to the writer obviously not speaking English and not being familiar with our sentence structure. So I messaged them back and was like noooo wayyy I can turn this on to my college professor. Listed what I found wrong and waited for a response.

Immediately (as if I was getting a prerecorded message) I got my response saying to let them know what was wrong with it and they would fix it. Yet again they promised me that I would have a great paper to turn in Sat Morning at 10 am. I received another revised copy at 4 AM sat morning and it was just as bad sentence structure wise and met the length requirements but still made absolutely no sense. 

Here is where it gets really messed up... so, at this point, I have lost all faith in myassighmenthelp and email my professor begging for an extension no such luck bc the end of the term was coming up on Mon. He would, however, let me take a late penalty, so I stayed up all night sat night writing a paper I paid $35 dollars to be written for me. So I contacted them wanting a refund and they told me that since I downloaded the paper that I wasn't eligible for a refund.  I'll just let you all read the conversation I had with there "customer service"

So after an hour of arguing with this lady I get some kind of answer. Did everything she asked (other than supply my credintials) and they told me that I plagerized the paper they sent me because it was on the same subject. The assignment was to write an essay on my feild of study????? not sure how 2 papers on the same topic is plagerism but guess you live and you learn. If you would a copy of the paper they sent me (I still have my downloaded copy) Then reply and I'll send it to you .
