i ordered mold remediation products after my house was badly damaged by hurricane sandy. a week after they were supposed to have been delivered these clowns claimed they shipped it by UPS "yesterday".  the next day it was "ready to be shipped" then it was "shipped by USPS".  All Lies.

3 weeks after my order was supposed to be delivered i finally had enough and disputed the charge with my credit card company.  When i called these scam artists to tell them, they said "Oh, no if you had just called us instead we would have given you a refund.  Instead, we have to fight it and tell your credit card company we delivered it."  In other words, they are going to lie to the card company like they lied to me.

these companies are a total scam and should be avoided at all costs.
