Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

This company lures you in with a free credit report offer. After I canceled (one day later) they took several days to confirm my cancellation. While browsing the website it is easy to order services accidentlly and there is no confirmation given that you have ordered a service that will be billed to you. The bill your credit card with no email notification that you have ordered services. When you call customer non-service you cannot speak to anyone who is empowered to do anything but take information. The rep can't even look at your billing records.

I cancelled using the contact function in the MyCreditReport website. I sent an email to the company. They responsded with an email along with a copy of my original cancellation request. Thus I have the date they recieved my cancellation and when they accepted it. The chareges occured after they recieved my cancellation. Have you been ripped off by them too?
