I ordered a playstation portable on the 13th December believing that this company was based in the UK. mydv deducted 165.95 from my account the next day. I was told numerous times it would arrive before Christmas. It didn't.

I cancelled my order on the 31st December as it had still not arrived. I have an email confirming this. They then still proceeded to send it. We rang and asked them to collect it and they told us it would be collected by the 5th January.

I have since tried to call them but the number is disconnected. I thought that I may as well keep it and try to sell it only to find out that my psp is all in Japanese!! They have also sent a damaged box with items missing. What am I supposed to do with half a psp?
