Down low and dirty.  Advertises services for $1.00 which sounds too good to be true and, honestly, I was expecting another fee.  However, NEVER, during the web based purchase was there a statement of additional charges that would be billed to my card.  The first additional, and surprise charge, of $19.95 showed up immediately on my card so I figured that one was on me for expecting a charge of only $1.00.  The second charge of $19.95- a month later was another surprise that was simply infuriating.  I went their site and clicked on the live chat option.  They offered to cancel and refund the charge (this was on 1/14/13).  I made screen prints of the conversation and confirmation.  Today is 1/16/13 and I have not received a credit yet but will give it a few more days to process.

Dear "Jeff"   NO, the refund was NEVER received.  Filing a complaint with the natl. BBB- I suggest that everyone else out there, that this fraud of a company has ripped off, does the same.  May seem time consuming but it is important so there are records of the company's fraudulent activity.

Exactly what information should I email to you. I thought that the live chat I initiated (screen prints attached) confirmed that the refund would be processed. However, today I checked my account and your big fat rip off of a fraud posing as a company has done nothing to refund the charge which also threw my account into overdraft and my bank charged me another $37 dollars in addition to your stolen $19.95.
