myhousedeals.com I looked at the premium listings and I found out that most of them are overpriced. I also try to contact some of the private lenders listed and found that they are fraud. Houston Nationwide

I looked at the premium listings and I found out that most of them are overpriced. I also try to contact some of the private lenders listed and found that they are fraud. I am sorry to hear the they will not refund the money i have paid for one year subscription. I leaned a lesson that I never sign up for any service for one year. I will signup only for monthly instead of yearly.

How can we evalute the elite membership if the free membership block everything??

Hello,

We have taken the time to review your complaint and we do take your concerns seriously. We noted that you mentioned three different areas of our site that you have concerns with:

1. The reported value of property listings
2. The legitimacy of lenders
3. Our refund policy

We would like to address all three now and additionally invite you to contact us with any additional concerns related to this complaint. 

1. Regarding the value of listings on the website:
Please note that all listed properties are either wholesale deals posted by other investors or for sale by owner houses posted directly by homeowners. While we review the information submitted for each property on the website, all data, including values, repair estimates, and comps are submitted by the seller. If you would like clarification about a particular value or simply don't agree with the information listed, we encourage you to initiate dialog with the listed seller by leaving a comment on that listing.

2. Regarding private lenders:
Private lender information is also user generated, so we encourage our members to do their own due dilligence when considering loan options and entering into an agreement with any particular lender on the website. In recent months, we have also implemented an aggressive screening process to remove any suspicious lender registrations.

We also strongly recommend that inexperienced borrowers or new investors take the time to educate themselves to become savvy when working with lenders. The more you know, the better equipped you are when working with a private lender, hard money lender, or any type of lending or banking institution. To support this process, we have training materials and consultations available to our customers.

3. Regarding our refund policy:
Finally, to address your concern regarding the refund of a 12-month Premium Elite membership fee, I'd like to emphasize that this membership level is designed for serious real estate investors who have tried and enjoyed our free service and are ready to upgrade to our highest level of servive. Premium Elite comes with an array of membership benefits, training, leads, and monthly expert consultations and deal reviews at a very low cost. This is why we encourage members to try the free service level before making a financial commitment to Premium. Premium Elite subscription dues are pre-paid, so while refunds are not available, members who take advatange of it enjoy year-long service at no additional cost. Pre-payment allows us to further discount the subscription dues and maintain a high level of service.

Additionally, Premium Elite members who buy a property listed on the website and share their story with other members get a full refund of their subscription dues.

Our main goal is to add value to the lives of our customers and provide them with all the tools, leads, and training they'll need to prosper in real estate investing.
