How can we evalute the elite membership if the free membership block everything??

2. Regarding private lenders:
Private lender information is also user generated, so we encourage our members to do their own due dilligence when considering loan options and entering into an agreement with any particular lender on the website. In recent months, we have also implemented an aggressive screening process to remove any suspicious lender registrations.

We also strongly recommend that inexperienced borrowers or new investors take the time to educate themselves to become savvy when working with lenders. The more you know, the better equipped you are when working with a private lender, hard money lender, or any type of lending or banking institution.
