First, no invoice.
Second, when I finialy found the sheet that I printed with the order on it. It was 6/12/02.
Since May 6, 2002 I've tryed to call the number on the box from where it was sent and no return call let alone an answer from a person.
On June 12,2002 I found the sheet that i printed with the order on it with only an http:/order.store.yahoo.com address on it. No company name.
I emailed them they said they need the order number so I sent it to them. They had no knowledge of my order. I was told it wasn't there order number.
So in July, after trying for 2 and 1/2 months to get a return number I wrote a letter and sent it to the address on the box.
They called me and informed me that they don't take returns after 30 days. When i explained that I had tryed to get a return number from them and their company denied know anything about the order.
They just said that I got what I ordered and I said so your telling me that I have to eat this money. I was mad and hung up.

This report lists the company name as Myinks a.k.a. OMT Inc. Our company, Challenger One, LLC, has a division (website) named Myinks. Howevever, we have never heard of OMT Inc.
Also, we are located in Glendale, California and this report lists the company as located in Canoga Park, California.
We believe Linda from Rockford, Illinois, was confused with regard to the actual company in question and would like her to double-check her paperwork with regard to the company with whom she is aggrieved as we doubt it has anything to do with us. Thank you.
