I purchased Kill-Pop-Up from Kill-Pop-Up.com on the 1st November 2003 and was charged via my debit card for 19.95 USD by mypaysystems.com I did not received the program.

So I e-mailed paysystems who informed me that they would contact the supplier and allow 48hrs for there response. If there was no response to contact them and they would return the money.

I did this and they said the refund would take about 3 weeks since then they have ignored all my e-mails and not refunded the money. It is now 3 months.
Surely this must amount to fraud.

mypaysystems.com I would never recommend anyone to purchase where they are the collector of money. They are crap.
