Myrateplan.com Rebates are a joke Internet

I bought a phone and signed up for Sprint service in September 2006. My existing phone number was to be ported to this new phone. This phone came with a $60 rebate according to the website.

Upon receiving my order, I discovered that they did not transfer my phone number. I also discovered that the rebate was, in fact, 2 separate rebates: $20 Customer Appreciation Mail-in Rebate and a $40 Customer Loyalty Mail-in Rebate.

I mailed in and received the first rebate of $20. The second rebate of $40 was mailed in after the required 150 day waiting period. I mailed it on 4/12/07. I have since called them and checked their rebate status website several times. Each time, I've been told that it was received, processed, approved and waiting to be paid. Upon my stating that I should have received my rebate within 60 days, I was told that they were running behind. It has now been more than 4 months and I still have not received my rebate.

I wouldn't do business with this place again.
