myresellerhome.com Suspended my site BEFORE payment was due and DENIED me access to my backup files Internet

myresellerhome.com was/is my hosting provider.  They gave me endless hassels with downtime and very poor customer service for the 3  months I was hosted by them.  My invoice is only due for payment on 25 March 2013 (I have the invoice).  However on the 22 March 2013 they suspended my site (citing non-payment as the reason).  This being 3 days before payment is due.  I have lost my site having (through sheer effort) just reached a page ranking of 5.  I am furious!  This is a scam to get their many unhappy clients to pay again just so we can get access to our backup files.  Please can someone help?  They refuse to assist and keep telling me to 'submit a ticket'.  I do so and am told that I must pay first.  I want these people removed as hosting providers, I want my site data back, and I want them to reimbuse me for my losses incured.  I see on the internet that others have had the same or similar problems.
