Ive had issues with my order for many weeks now even though I paid an extra $30 for fast shipping. After numerous time contacting this seller directly and through Amazon, they did not ship the product nor did they even have it in stock when it was sold to me. They are a 3rd party seller meaning they supposedly but it first then sell and ship to me none of which I have a problem with if I got my order as promised.
Then they have the nerve to call me on Labor Day and PRETEND TO BE FROM AMAZON DIRECTLY to get information from me. After I caught on, they fessed up and said they were from the seller and not from Amazon. STAY FAR AWAY from this seller- they are horrible and they will call and try to get your information PRETENDING to be from AMAZON.
