when i ordered this product on the first page of the web site it is written 90 day refund policy and also on several other pages it states the same thing no questions asked refund,to find out ther refund policy you have to scroll through about 12 pages to finally see their refund policy .it does state that they deduct 25% for medecal waste fee which is ubsurd.to get to the last page you have scroll through a lot of stupid pages ,to me this is deceptive practice.also when you send it back you must send it by registered mail or you will not get a refund because after a month and a half after i sent it back i did not here from them when i called them they said they did not recieve the return as of yet,they said they were waiting for the regestered number from the post office,i never heard of the post office sending anybody a number from a regestered package but when i gave them the number they found it right away which is bull when the had just told me they did not get the return all of a sudden they found it.

i did get a refund minus 25% finally.this product does not work at all it is is cheap piece of materal with some elastic.when they keep 25% thay make their money so they don't lose no matter what.
