I have bought subscription from N2news.com on the 22 feb2012 only to be ripp-off out my 12.99 on they home page they have all receiver files are up and working only to lure people to joined there site. they have different packages but i think let me do the cheapest. i was lucky i go with the cheapest because they have no files. they lie to lure people to joined there site. i filed a case with them with Paypal and now they have block me out from the site. so i buy subscription that i cant even access there page or use .am urging people be aware of this site don,t. buy there membership because they have no files. they are just a bunch of liars and theft.

We have never advertised that 'all receiver files are up and working' at all. This is misinformation

This is standard. You can't go back to a merchant after you've filed (fraudulently) charges against them with your credit card company. That is a no-no. When you signed up, you agreed that no refunds would be provided, whatsoever. We have never waivered from that at all.

The reason for 'no refunds' is simple. We provide a SERVICE for individuals. One of the most popular scams out there from the consumer side is to pay for service, get the service provided, and then launch a chargeback, or demand a refund. We have plenty of staff willing and able to assist you with your FTA device. You not wanting to get assistance is not our problem.

N2news has been in business for 10 years now. We are continuing to profit, not illegally, but through customer growth. We don't mislead anyone, and will happily provide assistance to ANY members. We even give a pretty decent rundown of what our support forums have, BEFORE you sign up. Would just any company do that?
