NABSA Health Insurance deceptive fraudulant Chino California

Was told this was insurance when in fact it was not. Was told it would cost $299 if ordered on day of contact. In fact had $424 deducted from check account. Called the customer service number and had to wait 30 min then got recording to leave message. Called back and waited 30 more min. Spoke to Tisha said to fax info and would receive refund. Don't fall for this scheme it is not insurance and is not accepted at any PPO as claimed. Company also goes by Consolidated Workers, Health Care Solutions and CBM. President name is Walter Cecchini Jr. he is probably not real either
