NADN, Mall for all, ORYAN Management, Robert Goetsch, President rip-off! Falsified tax information. Las Vegas Nevada

For the 2003 tax year, we invested in NADN because we were ensured, that we would be getting large amounts of tax returns due to our investment. This company is no longer in service due to bankruptcy, and we filed our tax returns with them. We just discovered, after calling the IRS, that an extension has been filed for our taxes, but they have not yet received any tax forms, of which we sent to NADN to prepare. We also paid them $500.00 to do so.

We are very upset about this, and are concerned about our status with the IRS. We were promised that this was a solid company, and we even investigated it ourselves. Now that the company has gone bankrupt, we don't know what to do with our taxes in Limbo.

We feel betrayed, used, scammed and taken advantage of. Any one involved in this scam, should be required to pay all of their customers back all of the money they invested.

Robert Goetsch, president of Oryan Management, wrote to us to tell us that he has been given a copy of a permanent injunction, by the US District Court for the District of Nevada on May 3rd, for making false tax representations. We filed out taxes Mid-March. So why weren't our taxes taken care of?

This is a huge mess, and are very sorry that we got involved with NADN. We have two disabled children, and thought that this financial investment would help us with our finances for them. Obviously, we were wrong.
