Dear Friends,
Those American, Indian and any other people in the US please look out for the outrageous Indian grocery company by name Namaste.com. This website is still up and running but neither does it have a functional phone number nor a proper physical address.
A couple of months back I had ordered some ethnic Indian groceries using the company's website. The store guys had sent me Indian groceries which were old by any world standard. A couple of the items were as old as 5 years.
Even though these dishonest guys charged my credit card promptly they did not have any phone line or e-mail through which they could respond to my repeated queries. When I sent the whole groceries back by UPS, the courier company mailed it back to me as they could not find any firm by that name in that particular address.
