Namco Pool Steph-Manager at North Haven Customer service terrible, if you complain the make it out like you're the horrible person. I spent almost $4000 received faulty equipment, had to cancel my grandson's pool party/fireworks party beca North Haven, Connecticut

I order a pool from Namco which they installed via a shoddy company.  I had a friend dig out the backyard when they arrived without the backhoe they said they would have, they charged me an extra $100 to dig because they said I has short, my receipt, a handwritten Paid for dig on Pool install May 30th, 2012 on the back of a business card for Deep blue pool & patio (Nick) at 293-600-2720.  Called that number BTW because he left his lunch bag at my house, apparently his night job pays more doing concerts because I called and nothing.   The pool was installed and just shy of three weeks the filter cholorinator fell off the filter and because the threads were so stripped from the installation it could not stay on with the filter running which is faulty equipment.

I called Namco in North Haven they wanted me to bring the pool into their store, this equipment being so big and also having been put together by the installer not myself I was excepted to take it apart, haul into the store, hope they had in stock if so then bring home in my car and put it together again ALL BY MYSELF??? How can I do that when I paid $895 for an installer who is suppose to be knowledgeable in that area to do that type of assembly.

After calling Steph in North Haven apparently she called corporate being all nervous that I was going to call and I got Mr. Rob who not only called to inform me how wrong I am to complain but that he would have someone from the installer company  contact me.  I said I expect to hear from someone tomorrow, that was on 6/19, 6/20 nothing again, 6/21 nothing again, I called on 6/22.  Mr. Rob was not available at the time, left a voice message.  He called me back, was rude, told me that if I listened a few days ago that he could have given me a quick fix so that my filter can function for my party tomorrow on June 23rd during my grandsons birthday and the Branford Fireworks.  I put my daughter on the phone to get the instructions, Rob proceeded to ask her the weather, about the rain coming down and then told her to bring in the chlorinator to the store and they will give me the parts to replace.  Huh???  I got back on the phone and said that I thought you told me there was a quick fix.  He then said I was looking at the picture you sent and see you need parts, Im like that was almost four days ago I sent you those pictures now youre asking to bring into the store again when you told me there was a quick fix we can do so we can use the pool for our party until the installers can come back out. 

Okay, now my party is gone, Nobody called Andrea, who is Robs supervisor has called me back it is 4:47 p.m Friday  and I call Corporate again, put in a phone Q until 5:03 then call back and they are CLOSED for the weekend.  Called North Haven again, Jason *by the way nice man* says cannot do anything everything is closed for weekend.  Hmmmmm.I am done.
