 Name Brand Jeans is selling used, torn, dirty jeans as new. No where on the website does it say that the jeans are used and not first quality new. The price for Levi 550s is 29.95. Why would I pay $29.95 for a used dirty useless pair of jeans? This crook has internet marketing firm Constant Contact sending out email messages daily about all the great deal Name Brand Jeans he has to offer. In my view Constant Contact is also guilty since obviously they are aware that this is a fraudulent company. PayPal also does business with this fraudulent company and seems perfectly happy collecting the money and will not do anything for you when you report the fraud. They do not care! My advice is always use a credit card when you purchase items through the Internet and not PayPal. PayPal offers no consumer protection for the purchase whatsoever despite what they may tell you.
