NameCheap.com NameCheap Hosting They have NO EULA or Abuse Resolution policies and refuse to assist Los Angeles California

Despite providing NameCheap.com's so-called Abuse department with proof of libelous content hosted on their servers, this is the only reply offered by NameCheap:

Unfortunately, due to the limited function of Namecheap as a provider of internet services and Namecheap’s policy on not serving as an arbiter of fact in disputes involving challenges to expressions of opinion, taste, commentary and other views, we cannot remove the content identified by you in your complaint. We suggest that you resolve this matter directly with the publishing party.

When I asked for NameCheap.com's EULA, one was not provided . . . nor can one be found on their primative website.
