The posts on Ripoff Report which slander Ms. (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST))) have all been written by the same individual.  While I will not post his name on this website, Ms. (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST))) has obtained a civil harassment restraining order against him for making numerous harrasing and threatening internet postings.  This individual has sent Ms. (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST))) numerous threatening and harassing emails in which he has threatened to ruin her career, threatened report her to homeland security and threatened to report her to the IRS.  This man has also sent harassing emails to Ms. (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST))) mother in Italy and her talent agent in Hollywood.

This individual also took out and advertisement in the L.A. Express magazine wherein he ficticiously advertised Ms. (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST))) services as a prostitute and left her personal contact number.  As a result of this advertisement, Ms. (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST))) has received hundreds of innapropriate phone calls.

This same individual also created a fake website online wherein he again advertised Ms. (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST))) services as a prostitute and left her personal contact number.  On the website, he also posted pictures of naked women and falsely claimed they were Ms. (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST))).

As a result of this deplorable behavior, Ms. (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST))) was able to obtain a civil harassment restraining order against this individual.  In the order, the Court demanded the individual remove the offending website and refrain from using her name or photos on the internet.

These slanderous postings on Ripoff Report are made in direct violation of this Court order.  However, Rippoff Report has stated they do not and will not remove posts without the consent of the original author.  As such, this rebuttal will have to suffice.

Anyone reading these reports should understand that the author is a depraved man whose behavior has been beyond the pale and who has been thouroughly discredited by the Court.  The posts should not be taken seriously.
