Pro's- Nice store front and good selection of counter tops. 

Con's-For starters no permit was pulled for our project. Secondly, our installers consisted of some "Handymen" who where very unprofessional and not educated in anything; not a tooth in their heads or rotten! All of our Appliances were installed incorrectly and I watched while they threw away parts to the dishwasher; when I questioned them, they acted as if I was insane! Guess what? Later a repairman had to be called! Nancy herself will not even show up to a job site! When it came time to install a garbage disposal they had no clue what they were doing and later we find out a plumber should have been present. They installed a backsplash and messed with our electrical outlets we assumed everything was ok until my toaster caught on fire. Again, later we learn from an electrician what the true problem was "The Handymen". I inquired so many times until I was sick of not getting returned phone calls or even a final inspection on completed work. 

Material ordered for our home was short in all areas; then Nancy trys to charge me for more material. They came to our home previous and bid the project shouldn't they have add material>? I would never recommend this company. The owner is not trust worthy, she talks a good game but when it's time to pay the piper she is no where to be found. The young lady she has working in the Store and whom answers the phone's is just as uneducated, she handled our scheduling and waited to call the morning of instead of giving notice as when the project would begin. They were in our home for a long time try 5 weeks of everyday drama! Terrible craftsmanship, Terrible Company and we spent 14k for garbage. It has cost my husband and I an initial 3k to fix the errors. 

Never Again

Billing and Collections; here is a good one. Nancy calls me on a Friday prior to my job being finished and tells us to make payment because she has payroll to pay? WoW all I have to say there.

This job we did whatever we could to make the customers happy. We spent hours trying to get them in the price they had budgeted. They initially wanted to redo two bathrooms and a kitchen all in the price of 13,000. That is including stone counter tops, cabintery and flooring. We spent hours with them trying to help them get what they wanted in the budget they had for this job. We spent many of nights after hours at the store working with them till 8-8:30 p.m. That is the way we are. We do not care how long it takes to help a customer get the things picked out for their job.

We did no electrical for them at the home. We have a signed contract showing the work we did of new cabinetry and counter tops. The counter tops were installed by our supplier and the cabinetry was installed by the supplier as well. The plumbing work was done by our licensed plumber, in which we have a bill from him for the job that is unpaid by the customer. We do not need permits to install new cabinetry and counter tops.

He did have us price out some work he wanted done so we did give him a price on some work to be done but we never moved forward with it because he felt the price was to high so he had his handymen do the work.

We did have some issues with the job. We had some cabinetry doors that were a manufacturer defect that had to be replaced. We also had some dishwasher clips go to miss. We are not sure how it managed to happen but once we realized we did not have them we called the manufacturer. The clips that were needed for the dishwasher are a universal clip. The manufacturer sent us the clips for this job and because the package did not say the exact brand the customer refused them and we had to call the manufacturer again. Which prolonged the job.

The customers were informed the friday before the monday of the job starting that the cabinetry was in and ready to be delivered. We did inform them and when they were called they were at disney. At the time the girl in the off had a good rapport with them and they were actually joking around about it.

He was not the nicest person. He was a very verbal customer. He was call screaming and cusing about things and once you explained it to him again he then understood. He would call cell phones after hours. If you did not answer he would call over and over till you did answer. There were many times  that he would call up to 10 times back to back till you did answer. He would call the girl from the office after hours. It did not matter the day or time he would call. He even called her when she was at dinner for her birthday with her mother, which was at 9pm, he called to complain about things. When he was told that she was at dinner for her birthday several times he still remained on the phone.

No mater how rude or nasty he got with any of us we still treated him with the respect would anyone else.

We did try and go above and beyond for them. We spent many hours out of the store looking for backsplash material. There was even one night we were shopping till 10pm trying to find something for them because they wanted a different look for their backsplash.

I the owner did go to the job. I went several times. That is what I do with all of my jobs I have.

The customer actually told me after the job was started in his exact words, "I am a rude, shrude, jewish man from philly and I do not have to pay my bill."

To this day we have a unpaid balance of $1,060.45. In this balance it is including the balance from the signed contract and the balance from the unpaid plumbers bill. We will be proceeding forward with putting a lean on the home if we do not receive payment.
