Naomi Reyna does gives you the runaround and does not deliver.  She does not do the work, she charges full price for things and does not deliver.  She makes promises and keeps changing dates for delivery and never delivering her pattern or samples.  Her sewing comes apart.  She has a million excuses why she can't do things.  I fired her and she did not deliver complete patterns.  She gave me half the patterns.  You can not use her patterns.  They are missing all kinds of stuff, includings instructions.

She did not start the work or finish it.  She is a liar.  She changes things without your consent, consultation, or approval.  If I picked something up it would have changes & it would be a complete surprise.  She just does whatever she wants in her own time.  She can't start your work for 2-3 weeks, because she has a million reasons why she can't.  Then she comes up with a million other reasons why she can't make a dress sample.  I have deadlines and she doesn't care.  She ignores your emails & text messages.

She has never delivered anything on time.  She makes you wait at her house while she is finishing up the work. 

Naomi Reyna is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.  She never started the sample dresses, so I fired her.  She owed me a refund and she said I owed her money.  She owes me money.  I told her if she did not give me the completed patterns or money she owed me I would file a complaint.  She calls me up screaming at me, telling me not to threaten her.  She starts insulting me,  she lost it and went balistic.  She said if I come by her house to pick up my stuff (she owes me), she'll call the police on me. 

Naomi Reyna does not understand who the customer is.  She does not have any respect for people and she's a scammer.  She doesn't do the work and she over charges you and keeps your money.
