Beware of this auction house they use deceptive business practices to lure clients in and feed you a song and dance on how they will get you a better dollar for your merchandize just to give you pennies for it. Just to sell it to a third party for the true value.
Here's my story. Leon McGregor made a good sales pitch on the value of a custom motorcycle valued over 22,000.00 dollars i had, this bike took 14th out of 250 bikes in the rats hole show in sturgis just to set the stage.

After signing a absolute auction contract with them I left the bike and waited for a fax on the folowing Monday but received nothing, after many failed attempts to contact them I was told by the local police the bike sold for 5000.00 dollars way below the agreed apon starting price and value of the bike. they clearly ripped me off for thousands of dollars. And continue to do so to unsuspecting sellers, if you have a similar story I suggest you contact, the Staff Attorney

First of all I would strongly urge ALL SELLERS to research BOTH sides of this report. Please call with any and all questions concerning the PROS VS. CONS of the auction process.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will a seller be mislead or fed false information reguarding the sale and or process of the ultimate sales price at an open ended publuc auction ?For any seller to claim so would be completely misleading! Please understand the nature of our business due to the large volume of inventory sold 1-4 MILLION EVERY 30 DAYS!(Litterally thousands of SELLERS per year)It would be OBSURD to think that every seller would be satisfied with their sales price given the terms (no guaranteed final sales price)

Unfortunately due to this volume www.nashvillepowersportauction.com and the sellers EXPECTATIONS not always lining up with what the PUBLIC considers A FAIR PRICE .These situations will always arise.Again research the Largest auctions in the world for that matter the largest companies in the world and tell me that there have not been dissatisfied customers! If you really want to get technical given the amount of complaints reported vs. amount of sellers per 10 years in business we are talking like 1/10 of 1/8 of less than 1% of our sellers felt as if they were treated unfairly. When the truth of the matter is in most cases the asking price or expectations of the seller far out weigh the willingness of the buyers to pay said amount.Which again is not in our control.

Trust me when I say the MORE IT SELLS FOR THE MORE THE AUCTION MAKES if NPSA would benefit from a higher sales price than reports such as this one just dont add up.(on a side note :what this particular DEALER claims vs.the reality of the unfortunate situation is he was trying to sell a 1995 motorcycle built with spare parts 13 years later for the same kind of money he had in it then ?As you know the market is a not always great on custom bikes and b things especially motorcycles depreciate .I am not saying the bike sold for good or bad money but I am saying asking 20k plus for a 13 year old custom bike is a daunting task no matter where you try and sell it .As for any other complaints from this seller I am at a loss he dropped the bike off personally ?If he was uncomfortable with the multi million dollar facility or the terms of OUR agrrement then why did he leave the bike? This was a clear example of a seller unsatisfied with the final sales price which was ultimately determined by the public NOT NPSA.

As mentioned before we want the inventory to sell for more hence the no reserve policy IT DOES PRODUCE MORE QUALIFIED BUERS PERIOD.CAUTION:When you bring an item to ANY auction you should look carefully at the current market for that type of item. Again folks come watch this sale call references do everything you can to better understand the good and the ugly at ANY auction .We DO NOT DETERMINE what someone will be willing to pay for your item !What we do is serve as a platform for buyers and sellers to come together once a month to buy and sell like items. Again this process works well when the seller has an item that that holds desire in the publics eye PERIOD .

Obviously some people fall short in that area but there are thousands of others who dont and you the seller can speak to some of them anytime just ask.Come watch !call references! you will see what realistic others see .An opportunity for you to place your item in front of thousands of BUYERS and hopefully with the HELP of NPSA we can achieve a sales price satisfactory to both the buyer and the seller !
