National Affidavit Processing Department called my two sisters and I and harrassed us saying that my sister had defaulted on a loan and had done internet fraud. My sister has not done anything of that nature.

This company represents themselves as a Law firm and that they are lawyers. They say they are not a company. They will not provide an actual physical address even when requested. They say they can not give out that information. They also threatened to sue me because they said that I was harrassing them about the address. I explained to them that as an USA citizen I have every right to know where they are located. They proceeded to ask why I wanted to have the address and if I was going to come and beat them up. Does that sound like a professional lawyer speaking?

They are very convincing. They will argue and say they are a legit company. They are not. There are several complaints on the internet that they are a scam.

They will try to convince you that they can help you or the other person with the issue. They do not like questions being asked of them and they get very aggitated when asked a question.

They basically told me that I was stupid to think that they are a scam even though there is proof that they are. I was called a liar.

I asked them if they really knew what internet fraud was. I proceeded to tell them that internet fraud is were a person is solicitated for money for nothing and that that is exactly what they are and that they are a scam. They got very ignorant with me and said that I was a liar. They called my sister a liar and said that she had committed internet fraud.

The scarry thing is that they are very pushy, convincing and seem to know what they are talking about except when they are confronted with questions that they don't want to answer. My fear is that they are ripping people off everyday and getting away with it.

I said to them "So if in deed my sister does owe money on a defaulted loan then I guess they would let me help her out by sending them some money to there firm?" Guess what the answer was....why of course you could pay the debt for her. Which at that time I went off and said that right there they were a scam. Then the lady got rude with me again and said I was a liar.

I also asked why they hadn't sent anything in the mail like a reputable company would do to my sister and they said that they didn't send anything in the mail. My response to that was of course because they are a scam.

I was hung up on four differnet times and all of them were when I was confronting them with questions they didn't like.

I am mad about this and I want it stopped.,
