National Audit Defense Network - Oryan Management & Financial Services NADN, ripoff, fradualently marketed Mall For All. Oryan failed to provide a functional website Las Vegas Nevada, Ontario, California

I first purchased into the MallforAll scheme in December 2001 for the year 2002 when an NADN representative led me to believe I could operate a successful Internet Business while simultaneously reaping tax benefits for 3 years supplying a website to the public capable of handicapp access.

I was not told the actual cost for this would be $10000 plus interest times 3 ($30000 plus interest). I was sold a business plan for another $1500 which turned out to be nothing more than a booklet telling me about possible advertising I could do in California (I live in NYC).

This was at or about the same time I had purchased the second year "modification" for the existing website. Each modification costs $2700 initial and generates a 7 year promissory note of about $7800 which must be paid over 7 years to Oryan Management. Shortly after the Mall was "redesigned", I was no longer able to access my website. I sent in the Thrid Year Modification in January 2004 because I was told by the NADN Rep that the IRS wasnted to be certain that Mall Owners were trying to run a legitimate business.

Oryan did not send the paperwork till March and by then I had refused to sign because the website was malfunctioning and neither NADN nor Oryan would fix it (despite numerous calls and letters). In addition NADN has still failed to complete my 2003 taxes for which they were paid twice (once because tax prep is supposedly included in the Mall Modifications and second because I also paid for the "mini elite" tax services which cost me $500 extra).

My webiste still does not function. NADN refuses to return the $2700 I paid for the Third Year Modification even though I did not sign the paperwork for that Modification. NADN now tells me they will apply that money to a "Hit Generator" to drive business to me website which is ludicrous because the website does not function properly and has not since October 2003). I have an extensive correspondance folder both in e-mails and letters with these companies since the begining of thi9s year.

I am looking for anyone who can assist me in voiding my contracts with them and helping me recoup some of my loses.
