national auto loan network Analy Solorzano and marco J rasic NALN Lied said Loan was approved when it was not, why lie? Newport Beach California

 Let me say I am very upset and disapoint in the fact that Analy Solorzano Lied to me. On july 10th 2018 Analy told me the loan to refinance my car was approved. She told me the due date, that I would save 42 dollars and that my rate drop by 5 or so point, I was told it was all approved and that I would get the documents to sign with in 2 hours on july 10th 2018 , I waited all day long looking for those documents, Analy never return my calls that day , the next morning on july 11th 2018 she calls me saying she was out of the office on july 10th 2018 after she talk to me on the morning of july 10 due to a family emergency so I thought ok no problem., she tells me on the morning of july 11th that she would get my paper work together right away and get it to me to sign, 5 hours went by I could not reach her again. I left a voice me asking her to call me, 2 hours pass by after that voice mail. I also talk to a another man name Keith who said he would get back to me , I try calling again after 2 hours so I used my roommate phone and that is when I was finally able to reach Analy and at that point she told me she the loan was not approved or thrown back. Which ever the real reason was would has been acceptable but to lie to me and say it was approved and then string me along letting me think it was approved, not returning my messages is bad business and I am sorry I was tough, you don't lie. I read many reviews that stated similar stuff happen. This is not a way a business should run it's company. Analy and NALN should be ashamed
