Its a scam

If you read what they sent to you it probably
said something to the effect: The National Awards Advisory Center is confirming your guaranteed win-opportunity to receive 1,900,000 dollars. Your eye just reads "guaranteed to receive 1.9 million" and misses the word opportunity. If you entered and won every lottery, sweepstakes, and giveaway in the list they sent you might get a total of 1.9 million.
