National Awards Commission ripoff Kansas City Kansas

Have been receiving letters from NAC, always asking me for either $30.00 or $15.00US. The first letter which stated I was entered ina $1000000 draw and so I paid $30.00 the first time easrlier this year and heard nothing more, then I recieved another letter telling me that I needed to pay $15.00 before I could be finalised int he draw and that I had to act quickly or or my entry would be classed as abandoned until they received the money, I read the small print at the back of the letter and it stated for US Residence only and I felt really silly, I wrote to them and told them why were they sending me these letters if only US citizens could enter draw and why would I then send money to them when i was not eligable anyway?.

I threw the letter away, as I was not interested and they did not bother to respond. Then I received another letter headed 'Office of Payment Oversight Commitee-Deputy Director Ruth Collins, the letter was a 2nd Notice of status, stating I had not sent them the $15.00 US and that I must act now as my award was in limbo status and it indicates three steps to take to remove the "abandoned" status of my order?

They also provided me with a yellow slip to include payment to them using my choice of Credit cards to pay them? It would be great if this was true but they do not answer to any correspondence and I don't intend to pay them anymore monye.

Who are they and how can they claim money so easily from all over the world for a prize that only allows US citizens to win, if they are a real company which I truely doubt! It would be good if they just stop sending me mail as it is a real pain to get their letters. They should not be allowed to take advantage of innocent hard working people, we can be so vulnerable to certain matters but it is a true fact that even those of us who beleive to earn money you must work for it, with all the influences of lotteries everywhere and people wanting to make a quick buck that people take the chance and ereply to these companies because they know that if they send out 2 million letters they will get over a million back and they have made a bundle of money themselves from everyone who surcums to thier promises.
