Sent the now usual 'official' letter with seal stating that I have won a lump sum of 5,000.00 or 4 monthly payments of 1,250.00. However I have to send a cheque for 9.89 to purchase a 'gold tone' star with '4 radiant crystals' !!! How can people be so dumb??

Publishers Clearing House National Awards Commission requested that I send them a check for 12.99 + additional 3.00 for rush processing. I did. and I received two more letters requesting the same amount before I could win Kansas City Missouri
