National Awards Commission Deceptive Contest including Registration Certificate fee $11.89 Kansas City Missouri

I wrote this as an ETSed SGT whom is concerned to the reflection on World of America which may be a valid charity org. helping our troops. I've been in 5+ HDAs.

1a) the $11.89 registers you for a certificate that reduces the cost of your purchases on www.woarewards.com
1b) you can spend your money at World of America to support our troops without the help of National Awards Commision.

2a) The Contest Prize Number is preselected.
2b) The 7 day period to both receive and reply to thier deadline is difficult to meet. This applies to this and following mailed forms required in stages for any payment is made.
2c) The Prize Winning Results will only be known to those that request it in writing.
2d) Only 1 entry will be paid if returned "on time". There are no follow up winner selection(s) if the preselected winner does not reply. {My Opinion- Little chance that this Prize will ever be awarded as a result of this and the many other disqualifing listed in the OFFICIAL RULES}.

3a) No Purchase Required, so don't send payment. Send the entry back marked No Purchase. A lottery for the cost of a stamp. To support our troops use World of America directly or another site.
