I have had a very poor experience with National Bankcard. Their staff is poorly trained, customer service wait is 30 minutes or more and then you are sent to voice mail. The limit is $20,000 a month which is great for flea market people and beauty salons, but not any serious retailer. They lie about granting a higher processing limit. My 4-year old business processes $600,000 @ year and they got me all set up and then denied raising it past $20k. Now they are holding my money. Just do yourself a favor and find another company, National Bankcard is not good at all.
