National Boat Covers/ EEvelle National Discount Stores Sold me a defective boat cover that bled onto all my vinyl and permanently stained it. To make matters worse after 3 weeks and a host of emails and pictures provided they state that the insert with the cover says not to use on a new boat for four weeks because “If your boat or pontoon is new, use of this product is not recommended within the first 4 weeks of ownership.  Carlsbad California

Some compounds used when the boat is new can release gasses that will cause the dyes in boat covers to transfer to the boat, potentially staining the boat or its components. Boat covers can be used safely after this introductory period.” My boat is 27 years old!!! They insulted my intelligence and lack any integrity and do not stand by what they sell.

National Boat Covers AKA EEvelle sold me a cover for my 23 ft open bow.  The first rain we had the cover bled red all over my newer vinyl and old vinyl.

The red dye is now permanently into my vinyl and cannot be removed.

I supplied them with photos and emails and they strung me along to finally tell me after 3 weeks of putting me off that"  if your boat is new use of the cover within the first four weeks is not recommeneded. When the boat is new it can release gases will will cause the dyes in the boat covers to transfer to the boat potentially staining the boat.

At no time did they ever ask what year my boat is or give me any inclination that was their defense.

FUNNY THING IS MY BOAT IS 27 YEARS OLD.

THEY ARE LACKING ANY INTEGRITY OR RESPECT FOR THE CONSUMER. THEY ARE INSULTING AND THINK THE AMERICAN CONSUMER IS LACKING ANY INTELLIGENCE.  NO CONFIDENCE IN WHAT THEY SELL AND ARE PRACTIONERS OF FRAUD AND DECEPTION.
