I called the (800)440-7234 number and was told that I could make extra money using my internet. That I wouldn't have to pay fees to receive information on trustee'/trustor's/deeds. I was also told that Oregon would be one State that I could get this information free of charge. I found out that I have to pay fees to receive information. Than after talking to help (800)306-9906 that Oregon doesn't have an Recorder/Autitor. I spend $89.00 for the software, and found out today 03/29/05 that the software is non refundable. And I can't get information off the internet for details for the recorder's.

I am making money working for National Capital Funding Group!

AUTHOR: Oscar - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 07, 2005

I just stumbled onto this site while surfing the internet. I was terribly surprised to see all these reports against this company. I called National Capital Funding Group just like all these other people did who have filed this negative reports. Back in December of 04 I was looking for a legitimate work from home opportunity. I am a single parent, and wanted to be able to provide for my daughter. I called NCFG and was told about the Courthouse Researcher position. I was asked if I had a social security number, and whether I wanted to be paid by direct deposit to my checking account. I gave my recruiter my checking account info to pay my $89.00 software licensing fee.

I reecived my software in the mail several days later. I watched the training video and called the training department. The trainers were very helpful, and answered my questions. I started sending out letters the first day. It took about a month and a half before my first paycheck came in, just like I had been told. My first paycheck was for over $2000, and I got my initial investment of $89.00 back as well. After that first check, I started getting paychecks fairly regularly. Whenever I had a question, I called the training department, and was walked through the process or had my question answered promptly. They were great! I have been receiving two or three checks per month since I started, and I am loving the work. I am able to stay at home with my daughter, and I really enjoy not having a boss. THis company is completely awesome, and I am just appalled that all these people have these negative reprots. I have found everything that I was told to be completely accurate, and I simply cannot believe that NCFG has not conducted thier business in s completely legal and admirable way.

The only thing that I can think of is this: my recruiter told me that I would need to make sure to send out 50 or more letters each week in order to see the response I was looking for. I make sure to do just that, and it takes me about twelve hours a week to get those 50 letters out. I thnk that the people who claim that they never made any money just don;t want to do the necessary work. Also, I think that anyone who claims that they were frauded is just irritated that they couldn't make themselves rich without any effort. This job is legitimate, but you do have to do the work in order to get paid. I hope that anyone considering whether to work for NCFG will read this report so they will know that this company is for real!

I just might get my money back ..I have threatened them with further action if I do not get my money back

AUTHOR: Connie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, April 24, 2005

I too have filed a complaint on Rip-off about NCFG.

I voiced my concerns to them a week ago in an email to the info@ncfgnotes.com, and they replied back that they were a legit, reputable Company, and they were sorry I felt the need to doubt them.

Then, the woman I spoke to informed me that one of the people I sent a letter to had responded and they were just waiting for her to send in the paper work.

Two days later, I decided to call her, even though NCFG discourages us from contacting people we send letters to.

She still had my letter, and had spoken to Shad Sanders, and after reviewing the note she had, he felt it was too great a risk, and he turned them down.

I waited another day or so, and NCFG was still insisting that they were still waiting to hear from this contact.

I finally had had enough, and I emailed them and informed them I knew that Shad had turned them down, and asked what they were trying to pull.

The email they sent back states that Shad is still insisting that he did not turn them down and they have not sent in their paperwork.

As it stands now, I have threatened them with further action if I do not get my money back, so they have informed me they have forwarded my email to their Refund Board, so it looks as if I just might get my money back.

Just passing this information on, hoping it will give others leverage in their own cases against NCFG.

What do we do to get our money back?

AUTHOR: Karen - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 31, 2005

I hope we get enough complaints that the NCFG goes out of business. They shouldn't be able to advertise in other State's and City's newspapers when they are in Arizonia, and I am in Oregon. They shouldn't be able to rip people out of money telling people they can make money finding trust's recorders/auditor's in their State, and than after paying for software, and after receiving it, that person finds out that they can't get information on the internet for their State or County. What do we do next to get our money back? I hope Companies like there's have to pay a big fine for false advertisement. They also told me that I could get information for any State I wanted, I get so far before it goes to a plot number, for the State of Washington. One help tech tells me one thing and another help tech tells me another.

USPS INVESTIGATING POSSIBLE MAIL FRAUD

AUTHOR: James - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 30, 2005

Karen,

See earlier post under my name for info on how to get your money back. At present the Attorney General's Office of Arizona is cataloging complaints on this company. I also recently found that the USPS OIG is also looking into possible mail fraud. Remember these people have been cited already by the state of South Dakota and they are still running these ads, they are relentless, but I believe they will be shut down soon and any complaints will have more impact now than in the past.

In others words your chances of getting your many back have just increased.

Take action now. Get those complaints in and remember that this operation is a pure scam. These people don't have a job for anybody. They are simply trying to collect $89.00 from as many people as possible. That may not sound like a lot of money but consider the following:

In statements made by Sheila Wright in Atlanta Ga. [see link] she admitted to receiving 250 applicants per week signing up for her JMW Financial Tracer' scam. At $98.00 per sign up that is well over $1,000,000.00 a year!!!!!.
