National Carpet & upholstery Cleaning Rude, no follow up, never shows up to a returning customer, NEVER AGAIN!!! Lake Worth Florida

We tried this company and were satisfied several times except last time. Carpet was left too wet, all spots returned as brown rust color. Called to complain, was told they would return to fix. Made appointment, sat around at appointed time and more...No call, no show. We called to find out what happened and was told appointment was never put down on the schedule please call back to make new appointment to fit our schedule. Someone called us back to set up new appointment that met the companies schedule but not ours.

We were finally able to nail down a appointment to clean again. Guess what no show, no call. Do you see a theme?? same thing with many others on BBB site. Called to find out what happened again to hear more excuses. " I called 2 times to set up new time, you need to take responsiblity for being able to get this done" WOW, great customer service. We asked about what was going to be done for us about the last time they did a poor job and were told they would Scotchgard for free.

We were setting up to have carpets cleaned not for free and they act like we were stealing from them.Talk about taking resposibility. It seems the person on the phone would rather hang up or blow off apaying customer than deal with a problem, that IS NOT customer service. It seems a relative of owners answers the phone...figures.We are done with them and called another company and saw the way is was supposed to be done. Clean, Professional and done the correct way and didn't leave carpet soaked to brown out.
