National Consumer Resource Center- NCRC ripoff-Will cause your credit to go down the tubes Coconut Creek Florida

I spoke to a NCRC rep today and wanted to update.

I mis-stated : NCRC does not make interest off my payments, as the payment is deposited into a trust and this trust does not receive interst. Also, the first payment that I made is held until the account with NCRC is paid in full. Therefore only one payment has been made toward by debt.

I would suggest that you make payment by money order to reduce the time to clear a personal check. The contract reads that personal checks will take 7 to 9 business days.

You should also understand that the accounts are reaged after 3 payments.
My apologies to NCRC and want to thank their rep for his help.

I have been with NCRC for 2 years and have never had late fees added to my accounts. This is because I pay my payment to NCRC on time. They specifically inform you that if you pay by check it takes 7 days to clear your bank account before it will be applied to your account.If you send your check right when a payment is due, and it takes 7 days to clear the bank, of course your accounts will be charges a late charge.These late charges are not their fault, they are yours.
