National Credit Investigation Bureau Atrocious business practices! Do not give this company any of your banking information! Disgusting! Pathetic! ripoff Mesa Arizona
*Consumer Suggestion: Michelle, NEVER speak to ANY debt collector on the phone!
Do not give this company any of your banking information and do not make any sort of payment arrangement with them! They will debit your account regardless if they are authorized to do so or not! Their business conduct is disgusting and they can not even keep their own lies and stories straight. They are pathetic and rather than try to discuss the situation they will simply hang up on you. This is because they know they are crooks.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Michelle, NEVER speak to ANY debt collector on the phone!
AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

Michelle,
NEVER speak to ANY debt collector on the phone! It will never do anything positive for you, and in most cases will only make things worse, as you have found out!
These lowlife are NOT any sort of customer service people. They are COLLECTORS who have only 1 goal, to separate you from your money.
Also, understand that if you made a payment or an agreement to pay, you have validated the debt and reset the SOL. They can now sue you and win, where they most likely would not have been able to before.
If you did make a payment or payment agreement, get a lawyer right away! AND, IMMEDIATELY close that bank account and get a new one AT A DIFFERENT BANK!! If you do not do this, they WILL clean you out.
Good luck.
