National Credit Shopper ripoff Diamond Select Program huh? Isn't it obvious? They're zero integrity punks Miami Florida

Here's the letter I received in July of 2002:

We regret to inform you that the Natl Credit Shopper Diamond Select program is being discontinued under a Consent Order pending final resolution of litigation brought by the Federal Trade Commission in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

We are therefore unable to issue your National Credit Shopper Diamond Select Credit Card. The membership fee that you submitted in the amount of $199.00 will be held for possible future refund upon final resolution of the pending litigation referenced above.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
