 This is a collections service who preys on seniors they collect for apartments many of who rent to older people., i have had 2 run ins with these folks. the first renting a apartment who the guy next door was going to whip you every time you walked outside plus when you opened your door there would be a skunk outside the door talked to management who only laughed at you while you told them what was going on.  the 2nd notice i rented stayed the lease time gave notice of moving and still trying to collect as if you bronk the lease of which i did not cannot get copys of paper work  where apartment sent them saying i ran out before lease
