Paula Anderson of National Filing Services Inc gave me privacy information that belongs to other person and was threatening Newport Beach, California

This company called my family member threatened them with being servered if didn't make a payment or pay bilk within hours. Then when I called to help the women Paula Anderson or I will say this is the name she used on phone gave me information that is private and against all privacy laws to give out without permission or written permission from my family member furthermore,she also told me the same things that another person reported on here. This company violated at least a dozen or more basic Fair Credit protection act laws! When asked for written proof because my family member never got any mail ever and I know we asked several times to have them send the proof they said they pulled credit reports so I think they have hacking into our credit bureau files so beware everyone this company is unwilling to send you any proof of statements and when we asked for some they said they don't have to do that but sorry we Called around and yes they do have to send you proof of everything if they say you owe a bilk you have the right to demand a itemized bill or all credit card statements because all those files go to any company that purchased the credit that was written off and sold to collection company it's there responsabilty to give you the proof. And no one has the right to threaten or demand payment within a day or 2 if you never got first letter or letters a collection company swears they sent then demand they send it certified and that certified has to include all proof of itemized billing and that you will open it in front of postal worker as witness and proof of documents they sent you if all information is not received you will enclose a pre typed letter stating that it was incomplete and list items that were received and have postal clerk sign and stamp letter of contents received and you will return letter certified back to them to request the items again and it must come certified mail only due to scams out there now with collection companies and the bill never gets paid only there pockets.

Please be careful this company needs to be shut down it's a scam to us beware and if they are at all really a company they are going to owe big fines in FCPA for violations they probly owe more than a 300% of your bill just because they violate all them laws
