National Fire & Safety Inspection Company fraudulently claimed sent by the landlord to perform routine fire safety inspection service San Clemente, California

Two men came to our company claimed they were sent by the landlord to do a routine fire safety inspection.  The landlord never sent them.  They don't even exist in the Better Business Bureau.  They don't have email or fax number.  Google doens't even show their existence except for the reprot in this website.  A total fake, con, scam, however you want to call it.  What they banking on is that they send you a bill and hoping you will just pay the bill.  If you do, then they got you.  If you don't pay the bill, they will no come after you because they know they are the con artists.
