National Fitness Financial Services National Fitness Financial Ripped off and total pissed off!! Joliet, Illinois

First off---STAY AWAY FROM LADIES WORKOUT EXPRESS!! --My "2" (two) year membership and association with Ladies Workout Express ended November, 2009. Ladies Workout Express or National Fitness Financial did NOT ask me to renew my membership, nor did I agree to permit any further action at the expiration of my contract. Ladies Workout Express refused to assist in canceling the membership at the local location and offered me no resolution path to resolve the matter except contacting the billing company, National Fitness Financial, directly. I sent a letter on 12/3/2009 to National Fitness Financial P.O. Box 497 Layton, UT canceling membership demanding immediate severage of relationship and immediate satisfaction of a FULL REFUND of the $25.00 fee charged me on 11/16/09 and the $34.95 charged me on 12/2/09. TOTAL requested to be refunded to me in the amount of $59.95. Then, to protect my assets, I actually closed the debit account (the bank simply closed the Debit account and issued a new card, so I was without a card for about 10 days!) I have since received a letter informing me I will owe ANOTHER $34.95 on January 2nd and will go into collection after January 5th...no refund and a threat of further retaliation. -- What the heck does one have to do?? -- Since then I have filed a complaint with the local (Chicago) Better Business Bureau and also filed a consumer fraud complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office.... and maybe I will need a Lawyer next!
