National Fitness Lady Of America Refuses cancellation of membership given to a minor under 18 ripoff Caguas Puerto Rico

My daughter was living in Puerto Rico during the year 2006. She was under 18 at the time and a representative of Lady of America took advantage of her being under age and issuing a contract of 3 years with the indication that it could be cancelled if she moved if no "Lady of America Gym" was close. She moved to North Carolina and proceeded to cancell the membership.

To our surprise now a collection agency is requiring 20% of the total of membership. There was a violation of requiring a minor to sign a contract, therefore, the collection agency and National Fitness are trying to affect her credit. This membership was not a legitimate contract from the beginning.
