We got a trainer membership through our gym. The deal was for 12 months. When the 12 months were up we were told by the local manager everything was fine we did not need to cancel. Now they are sayign our emmebership auto renews unless a letter is sent in writing by certified mail. When we spoke with one of theil billin greps in january 2012 they said make this last payment and you will be closed out. We did and then they billed for another month. I spoke with a supervisor named TIffany after multipel request and getting HUNG UP on multiple times. They claim their supervisors don't take calls. TIffany said we needed to send the letter so I did and then they billed us for another month. Now they calim we owe for two months of service we have never even received. The trainer stopped callign and showing up for appointments back in December. That is why we did not renenw. But National fitness insists on billign us for services we have never received. The supervisor Tiffany tells us too bad we have a contract so we can bill you for whatever we want. Wheni ask to speak to her supervsior she first says there is no one, then when i press she says well there is Troy but he has OTHER responsibilities and doesn't take calls. She hangs up on customers as well and says there is no point tlaking because she wont do anything to help. This company doe snot care about their customers i have checked multiple sites and they have compaints plastered everywhere. I don't understand how someone can hold you to a contract you have never seen and then charge for services you have never received. I am getting a letter from the local gym confirming the issues i have had as well with the local trainer not showing up for sessions or returning calls to schedule as well. Tiffany said well we will review that letter and see what we think about it. After tellign em she doesn't make the decisions. Which is it she is in charge of the billign or not. She is very rude and all of the people i have spoken with before her are as well and again HANG UP on customers.
